How do I move my licence to Praime?
You give your current brokerage written notice, and our broker of record completes the transfer with RECO through its online system. RECO requires the transfer within 60 days of your termination date. We walk you through every step.
What happens to my current listings and deals?
Listing and buyer agreements are made with your current brokerage, so plan the timing first. Talk to our broker of record before you give notice and we will plan your move around the deals you have in progress.
How do I get paid?
Your commission comes in to the brokerage, and the brokerage pays it to you directly and in full, or to your personal real estate corporation. No split, no cap and no deductions.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Praime is open, with no long-term contract and no lock-in. You stay because it works for you.
Can I bring my clients?
Your clients are your relationships. At Praime your client list is always yours, and you can export it at any time.
What is included, and what is not?
Your plan includes the Praime brokerage, PiQa and your AI allowance. There are no other Praime fees: no joining fee, no onboarding fee and no fee per deal. Costs set by others you pay directly, just like at any brokerage: RECO’s mandatory insurance ($500 a year per agent for 2026–27, set by RECO), your real estate board or association dues, and MLS fees.
Who reviews my deals?
Praime’s AI checks your files first, and Malihe Esmaeili, our broker of record, reviews and signs off on the decisions that matter. A person is always there when you need one.
I’m not trading right now. Can I keep my licence active with Praime?
Yes. Tell Sally, our AI assistant, and she will find you the best plan for where you are. Call or text (289) 803-5553.
